Urberto Costa has been involved in youth soccer for over 8 years. In 2015 Urberto started a recreation league in San Leandro to provide a soccer program for the local community, which was known as the San Leandro Youth Soccer League. In 2017, Uberto formed that league into a Club to represent its community in San Leandro, which had both recreational and competitive teams participating. The club, known as San Leandro Sporting United SC, has recently become affiliated with the well-known ALBION SC organization. In 2022, the club rebranded as ALBION SC Silicon Valley East Bay division. Urberto is a D-license coach who is in the process of obtaining his C-license. Urberto leads the girls' program in the East Bay and coaches U12G, U13G, U15G and U19G teams. Urberto enjoys mentoring our youth to become well rounded individuals.
